Policy
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a refund. You are not required to return your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your order must be lost, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
How to Request a Refund
- Login to your account using the email you used at checkout.
- Enter the security code sent to your email.
- Select your order number and the items you want refunded.
- Contact us
- Enter your name and your email you used at checkout.
- Select Request a Refund
- Enter your order number.
- Enter the items you want refunded and any additional information.
- Click Submit.
Exceptions
Gift cards cannot be refunded. Additionally, Ventale purchases, including bundles with the Ventale Add-on, cannot be refunded.
Refund Process
- We will notify you shortly after receiving your refund request if additional information is needed or once your request is approved.
- Processing refund requests may take several days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
